The Company "Bhandari Infra Projects India Private Limited" is a closely held Private Limited Company incorporated on 23rd Jan, 2009 under Companies Act, 1956.
During the last seven years of existence under the name and style of "Bhandari Infra Projects India Pvt. Ltd." we have successfully executed Residential and Infra Projects.
The Managing Director of this Company holds substantial shares in Bhandari Group of Companies and is also a Director of M/s Bhandari Engineers & Builders Pvt Ltd. The Managing Director and his team during their tenure have successfully completed several prestigious projects and infrastructure projects over the past 25 Years.
We have the experience, means and capacity to Develop/Construct any kind of Projects.
CURRENT PROJECT
Development of a Luxury Residential Apartment Complex "Verve On The Curve" at Whitefield in Bangalore.
The development is about 63600 Sqft of built-up area and all the statutory approvals have been obtained. The execution of the Project has been commenced on 1st February 2016 with a planned completion date of 31st August 2017.
The commencement certificate from the BBMP has already been received. The construction is being done in-house
The project is being done on a Joint Development basis.
This project is cleared by leading banks and financial institutions for the purpose of home loans.
